The Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs (VCSA) assists the Chancellor in promoting the welfare of and maintaining discipline among students. S/he is concerned with all activities that relate to students and student services- scholarships, learning assistance and tutorials, guidance and counseling, student complaints, student housing (dormitories), student organizations, student discipline, food services, and health service.
The Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, thru its offices, initiates and organizes the following student-related events:
1. Freshie Orientation Program
2. Freshie Welcome Assembly
3. University Student Council Election
4. Philippine Collegian Editorial Examination, and
5. Recognition Rites for University Scholars, Student Achievers and Outstanding Student Organizations
The Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs is Prof. Jerwin F. Agpaoa. The members of OVCSA Staff are Ms. Janice Castro (Ate Ja), Ms. Sittienor Domato (Ate Sitti), Ms. Rose Anne Cruz (Ate Anne), Mr. Michael Avelino (Kuya Mike), Mr. Keneth D. Consulta (Kuya Ken) and Mr. Filbert O. Flordeliza (Kuya Fil).
Students may visit the OVCSA for assistance, guidance and answers to questions they may have at any time during their stay in the University.
